Old Viper Tester
Some images of s/n 87-0128 of the 6518th Test Squadron, Spec Ops Combined Test Force at Edwards AFB in 1991. I assume that's some kind of IR suppressor above and behind the engine exhaust. In the end they went with this, seen on 89--0510 which joined the CTF a year later Thanks for looking, Sven 15

RidgeRunner
Mmmm.... A proper Herc - the right shape and with the right engines - with man-sized peashooters . Very nice, Sven. Martin Edited April 21, 2018 by RidgeRunner

Jinxman
That's a mean looking machine - love the C5 getting in on the action as well.
Simon382
Great shots and very useful as I have the 1/48 AC130U that I picked up on Ebay a few years back, no clue where it will go once finished mind!?!
Thud4444
Evil incarnate. Cool. But evil. I had family members work on these in Florida. The stories where unsettling. Great pics! Please keep them coming.

huvut76g7gbbui7
That is one smart beastie Sven. Thanks for posting. On the premise that you can never have too many gunships I've taken the liberty of adding this one to your thread. Taken at Prestwick in Feb 2016 as far as I remember. I think it looks better in the colours in your pics though.
