Artie
Hi all....i've got an old kit with vacuformed canopies wich, unfortunately, have turned to a yellow hue. I've read that they can be restored to their previous clear condition, by deeping them in peroxide and leaving them under the sunlight for a while......Is that true or just a stupid idea...????? Best regards....
Graham Boak
I have never heard of any method that de-yellows these canopies. As you're otherwise stuck with it, you might as well try dipping them in peroxide and leaving them in sunlight, as you've got nothing to lose by it. If it works you might like next buy a lottery ticket ... but twice in a row?.

Artie
Thanks, guys.....I think the better option will be using the current vacuformed parts as a mould to be filled with resin, and vacuform new canopies once cured..... Cheers....
