Academy F14A 1/72 Nose Weight

I picked up an Academy F14 recently and it doesn't specify how much ballast to put in the nose... Anybody got a minimum figure?  If I remember correctly, the Tornado I built took about 10 grams (with barely enough space) and they're about the same size.

I don't think a Tomcat kit needs much noseweight, if any at all. I've built a few of them, and I don't recall putting anything in the nose. But, for what it's worth, Hasegawa suggests 5 grams.
