Hi folk's the fuselage dry run has thrown up no issues but I might have to fill that gap on the wing joint:worry:

Not sure if this is of interest to you but I built the SH 1/48 Fulmar.  On the forward section of the observers cockpit there are (I think) Instrument repeaters of the pilots instruments.  You would be able to see them trough the rear canopy..

See right

Hi folk's Think it's nearly time to mask up and fix the canopy in place just the pipework and a decal to add as per GB's photo and through the

glass it look's busy enough for this scale.

Time for a push on with this one,I always add my canopies till last and brush paint them but because ogf the size and nature ofthe Fulmar's

I've fixed in place and masked the larger areas so tommorow should get a dark gray coat on.

And Gray on the masking worked well.

Looks great. I decided that buying a canopy mask set was worthwhile as it preserved my sanity.

Thank's Beard definitely the part masking was a Godsend, laeves very little to hand paint now.

Morning all, just an update on the Fulmar,I've been painting the remaining framing and while washing a few other kit's sludged a wash into the panel lines

on this one left overnight to dry took off the excess with a just moist kitchen towel today the lower surface shows the beautiful panel lines better, what a shame

Vista seem to have gone AWOL they really produced a beauty with this kit.
