uncarina
Rob, Thanks, you are very kind! This was my third Iowa Class build from Tamiya, and it took the longest, over a three year period, largely because I had the plan book this time, and Loren had released his delux photoetch set. AndyPG
Stunning build. The detail and sharpness of the finish makes it look like a much bigger scale. Lotta work there, well done. Andy.

Right now I am building the 1/200 HMS Rodney with the Pontos detail set, and this is definitely easier to work with! Cheers, Tom
Rob 1
That's great. I built the Missouri but would much rather have an Iowa, so well done on taking the leap in doing this conversion.
uncarina
Rob, Thanks! I first built the Missouri and then sold it, and just had to build this ship. Cheers, Tom
Kris B
That is good looking ship.
uncarina
Chris, Thanks! She had an interesting camouflage, and I wanted to do something a little different. This was well before Trumpeter released their version. I’m just glad I had some good references. Cheers, Tom
