Time for an update.

Finished painting the wood on the inside of the fuselage and also gave it a dark enamel wash to highlight the shadows. Added the interior bracing wires (I used smoke coloured invisible thread for this). I didn't bother removing the injection marks on either side towards the rear as these will be unseen.

I also painted the instrument panel and added a black wash afterwards. I didn't bother too much with the under surface of the spare Lewis magazine and its box in the panel as this will be unseen as well. The seat has been painted a reddish brown leather and also its side wooden panels have been given a woodgrain finish and a dark wash to enhance the shadows. I'm currently making the lap harness belt at the moment so will be putting this on in the next day or two.

Absolutely loving this build, very enjoyable so far. Anyway enough blithering here's the pics - for which I apologise for the quality. I'm having problems with my camera and so have had to use my mobile phone.
