Truro Model Builder
The third of my recent completions is Academy's very fine 1/72 F-86 Sabre, here finished as a Canadair-built Sabre in RAF colours. The kit was built out of the box, going together excellently, with the addition of a masking tape seat harness and a scratch-built pitot tube after the kit part went MIA. It was painted in Mr. Hobby and Pollyscale acylics and finished with Alclad Klear Kote. The decals were a mixture of Model Alliance and Modeldecal (farewell Mr. Ward).
