They are 1000lb PavewayII(UK) and both examples you have mentioned are the same type bomb. Selwyn Edited February 8, 2018 by Selwyn

71chally
One for Selwyn, but I think it might be a CBL755 with the nose propeller? The centre-line ECM pod is pretty unusual as well. I used to own the cockpit section of XZ993, still close to me heart!

What I meant is that I could just see the propeller which to my limited knowledge suggested the BL755, not sure where the 'C' came from - Cluster maybe! Not sure it's an impeller, as they are for moving/pumping fluid. Turbine perhaps?

It is a Phimat countermeasures dispenser with the nose cone removed to clear the aircraft's nosewheel , seems to have been a short-term trial with 4 Sqn. as an alternative to the standard pod taking up a wing pylon. 1

The frieghtdoc CBLS were IIRC the modified ones with short tails used on jaguars only and Mr Parkins will not sell seperate I have asked in the past. and of course they all would need to be modified tohave the hatch open when on ground.
