I used to make a lot of models in my teens(I am now 58) Got back into the hobby about 2 years ago when my daughter bought me a 1/24 scale Airfix Spitfire and I haven't looked back since. Model making has changed a great deal from the seventies when I remember the only kits that were available to me were Airfix, Tamiya and Revell. The internet is a godsend with all the advice and videos as I now use an airbrush to paint although I am still learning I still enjoy it more.
