Wdedig
Greetings The instructions for the 1/144 kit are very Vague. Does anybody have ay helpful guidelines on the paint scheme (not decals, they are fine) Colors and Pattern ? IE is it white underneath? Thanks for Help Bill
Julien
Its a lighter grey on the underside, but got very dirty in service. I caught this aircraft at RIAT in 1997 but this is the only pic I have scanned in and uploaded. Still film back then! Julien
Wdedig
Thank you for replying to my request. I appreciate you comments I have gone with a FS36375 Grey upper-color , white along the under-edges. Looks like the photos. Can't find anywhere if the bottom is completely different color or just on the edge as stated in the Instructions. Oh well, will get Final information if I post the completed model and then someone will say , "O by the way it should be"....... Thanks again for your help Cheers Bill
JayBee
Just the edges are painted in white color, same for the air intakes.

PhantomBigStu
Dug the 1/72 kit out and Revell say very light grey, a mix which is very close to RAL7035 (which oddly Revell have In their paint range as 371) a colour used earlier in tornado camo Edited February 2, 2018 by PhantomBigStu
JayBee
The original aircraft grey scheme is "Norm 95", FS 35237, FS 36320, FS 36375. The tigerscheme (stripes) is RAL 7021 blackgrey. The light area on fuselage and intake are painted in RAL 9001 cremewhite.
