Oldone
I know the Revell Mustang is not the best of kits . So its stright out of the box or more or less. I have tryed to make it like the one on the photo below. A fun quick build . This is my effort.
stevej60
10/10 for even attempting the damn thing, been around since the early sixties I still remember the red scheme on the original box, much unloved and shunned now but great to see someone doing what was meant to be done"Build it" Great job
Valkyrie
Yeah probably the worst kit I’ve built too but good effort on it!
jean
Hi Oldone, kudos for trying and succeeding in building this unfortunate witness of a bigone era! I remember it from the days my knees were constantly grazed from bicycle falls (the 2 little wheels at the back had not been removed for long). I know the decals should have turned to dust by now, but next time you build a mummy, try and trim the decal film a tad, and I am sure it will improve the look immensely. Congrats for being a brave man. JR
IanC
I like the two zeppelins beneath the wings! Well done for tackling a truly awful kit. I'd say it's essential to see such things, so that we're reminded just how good we have it these days.
Oldone
I was more interested in other things in the 60's ( Beer, females, and going out. ) So for me an interesting build to compare to todays kits.and to see how well it Survived decals and all.
