Hi,

A small Finish trainer plane, V.L. Pyry II. It is said that she was a very good construction. More about it one can read here for example: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VL_Pyry or here http://www.aviastar.org/air/finland/vl_pyry.php

Kit is by AZ, the main improvment is only in lamps (landing lamp and navigation lamps). Decals from box, scheme from Kauhava pilot school.

A rare subject, Brother - as usually :)

The fuselage greatly "inspired" by D.XXI plus these elliptical wings...

Extremely small bird, anyway. Fitted with 450 HP engine from the BT-15 or NA-64 must have been a spark to fly

Well done

Cheers

Hi Jerzy!

Interesting build and nice to see you active here again! BTW: Some time ago have discoveresd little rhinestones for nail art. They are rather inexpensive, come in different sizes and are very useful for a variety of applications, for example scratchbuild landing lights.

Have a nice evening

Hi Mario,

Thank you! - however I think I am quite active all the time posting 21 new builds in 2017 (summary in a yearbook here

and already two in 2018 (Hover MF 11 and this V.L. Pyry). Currently I am doing four Fokker bi-planes (two CX and tw CV). Hope to finish them rather sooner then later. What are you working on now?

But it is true that we have no spoken for a long time here. Thank you for the info on rhinestones.

Regards and all the New 2018 Year be good to you :)

Thank you very much. Also a happy 2018 to you! May it be as productive as 2017. My current projects are a Hasegawa T-33 and an Italeri AC-130 Spectre gunship.

Best regards
