James Wardle
Hi, I enjoyed this build, really has a presence in my cabinet. One of my favorite WWll aircraft. Cheers Jim

jenko
Nice Jug.................. Me thinks you are getting the hang of this modelling lark. Richard
James Wardle
Thank you all for your kind comments. To Alpha the kit is showing it's age, there were a few sink marks to fill as well as some joint gaps but on the whole a nice kit. Cheers to you all Jim 1
Spitfire31
When I see that beautiful factory fresh machine, I think of this lady: Extremely neat and proper build! Some mild traces of use mightn't go amiss, seeing as she (the P-47…) has personal markings already… Excellent modelling! Kind regards, Joachim

spitfire
Nice one, particularly fitting as the real Dottie May had it's first flight since 1945 in 2017. Cheers Dennis
James Wardle
Yes Dennis, I knew it was being restored. And yesterday I picked up the latest edition of Flypast ( November ) that takes months to reach Australia and read that it had made its first public appearance in late August. Even better reason to have chosen to model ' Dottie May ' as a subject. Cheers Jim
