camper1
Hi Folks This is the Academy T33 finished as an RCAF aircraft seen at Prestwick circa 1960/61. Painted with Xtracolor enamels, decals by Canuck Model Products. I had a few issues with the decals, namely the instructions give the wrong camo scheme for an aircraft of this era and it took a fair bit of research to find the correct schemes fellow BMr Tom Calbury helped me out a lot by pointing me in the right direction. Thanks Tom. The decals were also very thin and tended to break up very easily, however all was OK in the end Cheers Ian
Blackfordhibby
Oh I do like that! A classic jet in a very tidy scheme. The whole package has that certain something about it. Peter

The Knight
Well done! I have some excellent T33 Canadian 1/72 decals from Belcher Bits in Ottawa. Perfect register and they work well. Enough to make almost any configuration that the RCAF used over the years. Includes also RCN T33's. Very helpful camo and bare metal diagrams too. Worth looking into if anyone is interested. They may be also available in 1/48 but I'm not sure.
