Reini78
#26/2017 Another one made it before year´s end, seems this is my dad´s last model for 2017. When Eduard released the new 190, my dad had to build one. Finally also the first model of our Austrian WW2 leading ace Nowotny. The kit is definitely to recommend. Fit and engineering are far better then with Eduard´s initial 190ies. Only the main wheel seem still too thin. Built OOB, painted as usual with Gunze and Tamiya acrylics, lead wire and plastic rods for the brake lines, fishing line for the aerials. Dennis Then you have still a lot of time learning never stops My dad is now 70, he built models when he was a teenager and young adult, then he lost interest and had no time due to his job. He started building again when I was a young teenager in the late 80ies early 90ies when I received several model kits for birthday and christmas. He showed my how to do it and grew fond of the hobby again. Initially he only wanted to build each 109 and each 190 type, but it turned out different.... Since his retirement over 10 years ago, he had enough time to learn and improve.

mostrich
What a nice finish. More and more of Eduard's new 190s are surfacing in the forums. They made me buy the Royal Edition three weeks ago; can't wait to start with it. Just a small observation: Your dad forgot to paint the fuselage guns.
