Devilfish
Latest F-20 in my stable is the Freedom Models F-20C. This excellent kit comes with an assortment of weapons, and a refueling probe. I've done it as a GR.3, during Operation Desert Storm. 112 Sqn, being one of the first squadrons deployed, quickly applied sharks mouths to their aircraft, as their predecessors had done to their P-40s in the desert. Armed with various munitions, in this case the American CBU-87 cluster bomb, they were assigned to destroy Iraqi vehicles and emplacements. For self defence, flare dispensers were fitted under the rear of the fuselage, and a flare pod and ECM pod fitted to the outer pylons. hairystick
Brilliant work! The others on your bench look mighty fine too. That Freedom Models kit is truly amazing, isn't it? So well engineered and an utter pleasure to build.

So well engineered and an utter pleasure to build. Yes it's a lovely kit. It needs a bit of "fine tuning" in a couple of areas, but that just adds to the pleasure.
