trickyrich
This is my latest project that was part of the Radial Engines Rock GB, but actually was more of a Mojo reviver rather than anything else as I had gotten stuck in a rut with other builds. Most people would have gone for something a bit simpler and not a cottage industry resin model!! The model well..........if you want one go for the Hasegawa version, life will be soooo much easier. This wasn't a really hard model to build at all, it just needed work and accuracy, well it sort of looks like a Ki-44 and that's as far as I'd go. To make it accurate would require..... just buy the Hasegawa model! But it was a Mojo reviver and I just loved the build, I had started to fully detail the rear section of the engine bay until I found out none of it could be see. For those that know resin model, pretty much every part was warped to various degrees and nothing really fitted. Anyway thanks for looking and please enjoy. Dazey
Hi Rich, Lovely finish and display, as expected. I enjoyed seeing the WIP in the GB, and encourage others to have a look at the beautiful detail on the engine etc. that may not be apparent in the RFI. Regards, David

kapam
Very impressive build! I find it a rather cool-looking plane myself, having built one in 1/72 (Hasegawa's). Your big-scale rendition looks superb.
