Bill Bunting
I hope that you can pardon me for posting this in Aircraft but I have built aircraft almost exclusively prior to this foray into darkness... I just finished my first Sci-Fi model and what better choice than Poe's X-Wing in 1/72. Shown here in formation with an Airfix Spit I built a couple of years ago. You can see more pics and a small review of the kit over at SF RFI http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/235029718-poes-x-wing-and-my-1st-sf-spaceship/ Now onto the SE5s - talk about a time warp! Cheers!
gingerbob
Now that's a display pair I'd like to see at an airshow!
tonyot
Lovely job Bill,......imagine seeing the Star Wars X Fighter in a matching scheme to the Spit! The X Fighter is quite a handsome design and you`ve done it proud mate. Cheers Tony

I'm pretty sure it was at Telford last week.
gingerbob
I'm now imagining an X-Wing in Raspberry Ripple. "There's been a disturbance in the force..."
Gazontipede
Wow, that's rather swish! I'm gobsmacked by the detail you've achieved here. That teeny tiny BB-8 looks superb and, being a fellow owner of an Airfix Spit 22, I know just how teeny tiny that little droid is! Bonkers!
IanC
That made me smile. Nice Spit! But I wish it was an original X-Wing. There are only three proper Star Wars films! 1

Colin1967
Really like this, as said above made me smile too and think of a recent Dr Who episode where Spitfires were able to fly in space, love it. More please Sir !! Regards Colin.
