Kris B
Hi lads. As the winter coming soon I have a another one in the winter coat. This time is the dark side one. As usually I've used the metal barrels and metal tracks. Figures are from Miniart. Hope you enjoy it.
Homer
Exelent piece of work makes you feel cold just looking at it 🤓🖒
FrancisGL
Excellent model, I love the tracks, and that detail, of the extenders that are missing every certain interval, I had not seen before, but it certainly seems very accurate. The weathering is very good too, IMHO, the snow was great (what did you use?), And the crew on top of the tank gives it that added touch of reality ...I was also thinking about doing something "cool" now that the cold and snow come ... Cheers Kris
Sairou
Fantastic model, in particular I like how you've handled the white wash weathering.
Bullbasket
Very nice MK.lV, especially the weathering. Great job. John.
Kris B
Thanks. Francis I've used bicarbonate soda and some artificial snow bought on one of the model shows.
fatfingers
Superb job with the weathering and finish. Great figures too 👍 Regards Steve
PlaStix
That is really impressive Kris and I'm so glad you have decided to post it now because - as you have seen - I'm making a winter Panzer (a III rather than a IV) and I'm going to 'borrow' lots of your ideas for the weathering Thank you! Inspiring stuff! Kind regards, Stix
Buzby061
Great job on the tank, figures & dio, they all blend in together nicely. I'm putting the finishing touches to my winter camouflaged Dragon Panther A, might not bother posting it after seeing yours! Pete
Kris B
Thank you lads. PlaStix, I am following your build and I am happy that you might find something handy here. I've got Pz. III ausf N in winter camo in my stash, but it gonna be there for a while. Pete, I will look on your Panther with pleasure, just post it in here. BlackMax12
Looking really good Chris. The weathering is great, love the ice on the tracks and suspension and like the missing track sections, looks like it's been in action. The figures really set it off, those guys look pretty cold, probably wondering if a hot meal is coming. Take care, Lloyd
Jasper dog
Excellent, the panzer alone is super but adding the base and figures just pulls it all together. Super, thanks for showing. Darryl
redcap
Now THAT looks like a winter white-washed panzer to me with none of the ludicrous and unrealistic 'paint chips' the size of a dinner plate bursting through the white paint. Love it! Gary
