Don McIntyre
You'll spend a lot more than a pound for those wingtip tanks. If you really want a good 1/72 F-5A/B check out the ESCI kit (I don't know if it's been released by Italeri or not), it's definitely the nicest F-5A/B in 1/72 scale. For the F-5E/F look for the Italeri (also marketed by Testors) kits.
speedbird
Cheers for that mate,, I managed to get the hasegawa kit dirt cheap but it lacks the tanks. I’ve managed to track some down under and with postage they work out at just less than six quid so not too bad. Italeri repopped both the F-5A and F-5B, while RoG repopped the B only. And indeed, these are gorgeous. Hard to believe they first came out in 1983 ( ! ).
