yes,many 70's fujimi kits were in 50sc, yep, as the A-6A,the TA-4J and so on

 

but again on Gazelle:wich of the two kits is more simple to find today ?

I can only finish your sentence: "...non-existent!"

 

I still hope 1/48 helicopters will make a resurgence beyond the gunships and occasional troop transport. A 1/48 Gazelle would do nicely.

Hi

I can't say I have seen the Heller one but I have built 2 of the Fujimi kits and they come out nicely. 

I have filled the void under the floor with lead to improve the sit but otherwise they are from the box.

Clearly this thread started twice; I’ve just answered the other one!  I have both kits, and Fujimi is better (though yes, it is 1/50).  It still needs a fair amount of work (cockpit detail pretty ordinary, and of course very visible!), and Colin is right to mention the need for under floor weight.  But you can make a decent Gazelle out of it in the end.
