Black Knight Posted May 4, 2018 Share Posted May 4, 2018 The Post Office rules are neither new nor recent; I was a postie 38 years ago and we enforced the rules on paints and flammable substances But its a joke really; I've had dyes for leatherwork sent by courier. In all cases the dyes were flown to N.I. and in some cases the P.O. delivered them.
