smeosky
Greetings all. Wanted to see if anyone with the Jerry Crandall Fw 190 Dora Vol 2 book could lend me a quick hand. I am working on a 1/32 kit and using EagleCals #125 showing a rare plane from II/JG 301, White 16: There is 0 info available on this plane online. The documentation in the decal set says it is referenced on page 364 of the Vol 2 Crandall book. Would anyone with the book be able to shed any more light? I'm assuming there's nothing more than a photo that they've interpreted the colors from. I'd like to take a bit of creative freedom if there's a real lack of info. Hell, there's not even a documented wr number for this ac. I'd also like to add a drop tank but it isn't specified in it's bullet list of features. Is it plausible that this aircraft could have had an ETC rack with a tank? I would just like to know how concrete the details are of this specimen before proceeding further. Thank you to whoever can lend a hand!! Steve

smeosky
You rock, Tony! Thank you so much for that! It looks like all the data on this ac was taken from the single obscured photo. All the more reason to take some liberties on color scheme.
