I was going to say that too or possibly the crews or aircrafts 100th sortie maybe ?

On May 3, 1944, Kipp/Huletsky claimed four Fw 190's in Black Rufe. Those four victories saw 418 achieve their 100th victory, air and ground combined. Hence, the 100 applied to the nose art of this Mosquito.

Four FW-190s in a Mosquito? Were they all destroyed on the ground?

 

If they were destroyed in the air then that's some flying isn't it?

I don't think there are (least a quick search doesn't turn up results) but i've got a couple of sets in 1/48 if you were able to scale down and do your own ones?
