And we're ready,to go again, courtesy of Rob G who popped these replacements in a little envelope and sent them all the way from Australia.

A little tidying up and I'll have them on in a jiffy, once I get a little time.

I have done some more work on this, and although I took some photos I haven't had much time to post them. Busy at work, but also had a fair old amount of time out enjoying oneself. First here are those lovely new tailplanes on

And the nose is on too, with a bit of liquid lead inside

And I've started to put some metallic colour on the back end. This is Akan dull steel, brushed on really thin. Once I'm happy I'll mask up and spray on some Tamiya fine surface primer from a rattle can. It's just it's a bit cold outside at the moment. And Mrs 825 has commandeered the table for all sorts of things, some I recognise and others I dare not ask.

There's also a bit of filling and sanding needed here and there.

This is looking superb so far,... well done with this oldie. I built my last one with a spare Fujimi canopy and it made it look so much better,.....if you have one of these in your spares box,
