Gary 1960
Hopefully someone can point me in the direction of what replacement tracks would be suitable for a Tamiya M4 Sherman. I see lists of tracks but have no clue as to the difference between them. Easy-ish to build would be good too! Thanks Gary
Bullbasket
There are many replacement tracks out there for Shermans. I'm assuming that you want like for like; ie rubber chevron tacks, the same as in the Tamiya kit? If you want a rubber band type of track, AFV Club do some sets, but if you want really good ones, that are not difficult to assemble, then you can't get any better than Panda tracks in the USA. Easy to assemble and if you make a simple jig, even easier. Have a look at their website. http://www.shermantracks.com/ John.
Plasto
I vouch 150% for the Panda Plastics tracks... very easy to work with. A good sharp fine pair of sprue cutters is advised to help minimise on clean up.
