RMCS
This build was commissioned through the Hawker Typhoon Restoration Project http://hawkertyphoon.com/ who are aiming to restore to flight the world's only MkIb. All proceeds for the build go directly to the project. This one's abit special as it is for the son of GR Capt J R Baldwin, so I am honoured to be doing this for him. As usual Arfix kit is sublime with little fettling in putting it together. It is just a shame all that detail gets closed up! I used my go to paints: vallejo air and used Tamiya pigments for weathering. Monte masks supplied the serial number and JB II masks.
