Gorby
I must try a WWI aircraft myself, as I always like seeing them when they are complete. Especially when they are this well built - excellent job.

It would almost certainly be an Eduard kit - I'm amazed how cheap they are, and I love their WWII aircraft kits. Are you going to do another WWI aircraft next? Cheers, Tony Its really worth - you can see more than a half of it About the rigging I used the turnbuckles (photo etched) and the greatest rigging material from all times:): http://www.migjimenez.com/en/accessories/608-rigging-fine-003-mm.html
Martin Ford
That's a lovely looking model. The first world war fascinates me. I really like the blue paint job, looks great. What blue is that? As always when I see builds like this the wood effect looks fantastic. All the best, Martin

jeaton01
If you are planning to purchase a kit, there have been two different Eduard kits of this airplane. The first was one of their very early releases and is very much limited run, with an interior that is all PE. The newer kit is a much easier build, but I have read that some think the first kit had the edge in accuracy. Go figure. I built the first kit, Nr. 8001, 1993. The newer kit was in 2014, Nr. 8256. Brandy
Very nicely done, even more so as a first WWI subject! They really aren't that difficult, just different techniques, but don't tell everyone or they'll all be doing them! Ian
