Builder
Hi All, This is my final reveal for the Airfix 1/72 Supermarine Spitfire F Mk 22. Kit number A02033. This kit was built for the Made in Britain GB II. I didnt finish it in time but here it is now. I hope you all take some time to watch the videos as I do put quite some effort into those. Build Summary The kit was built along side a Tamiya 1/72 Mosquito, which can be found here http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/235026911-tamiya-172-mosquito-b-mk-iv/ . The front canopy was lost and because of this I had to use a canopy from another kit. This is why it might look a bit out of place. I also didnt have my best time painting this kit. So overall this is not my best effort and I am not the happiest with the final result. As always I am never concerned with historical accuracy but rather the build and finish, ahich like I said before is not my best. Vinnie
Looks pretty good to me as well, and well done for not snapping the underwing antennae off. Edited October 2, 2017 by Vinnie
Meatbox8
That's a beauty. Really nice to see one in camouflage. Most I've seen, including my own, have been in the 603 squadron silver scheme. Nice Mossie too.

Graham Boak
Nicely done. You could easily add the individual letter K carried by PK553 in 607 Sq service.

Mark4700
Very nice job. The only slight issue is that you could use decal softener to sink the decals into the panel lines. As it is they disappear under them.

Thanks all. Mrk4700, I have applied Mark Fit, the decals have all set into the panel lines, the two large round RAF insignias on the wings actually dont have any panel lines under them, I have however forgotten to highlight the panel lines on top of the decals after they have set in.
