Habu12
So this is the latest boxin gif the HB Mustang, from the Chinese PLAAF. Although the box says P-51D/K, it comes with ZERO P-51K parts. As in, no Aeroproducts prop or "Dallas" bulged canopy. As has been probably posted before, this Mustang kit is rather toylike, and has several shape issues. The good news is the fit was very good, although the panel liens are very thin, almost too thin. But hey, for $18, I couldn't resist. For markings, I used an old Aeromaster sheet for Korean F-51s.
Alpha Delta 210
I really like that! The subtle weathering is very effective.
Corsairfoxfouruncle
It doesn't look bad at all 👍 ... not aware of the negatives of this kit so call me blissfully ignorant.
Plasto
Looks ok to me. I built one for the Mustang GB earlier in the year and it went together well. With a few tweaks it's quite passable.
fewr9fkr9595
Nice job. Probably been said before but does anyone else think they look like pepsi logo's?

Meatbox8
Well, whatever drawbacks the kit has you've presented a splendid looking Mustang. Love those South Korean markings.
bruce bay
Great looking build! I have a Tamiya f-51 I plan to make as an ROKAF operated number shortly. This has spurred me onward! Lovely weathering.

Tony Edmundson
Nice job all 'round with that !! You have swapped the landing gear legs, left for right, as the scissors should face aft. Tony

Buzby061
Fantastic job on the painting & weathering. Never seen a P-51 in that scheme before & all the more welcome for that. Pete

Problem solved, Tony The attachment lugs are angled, so they only went in one way. Ah well, I was just wanting to finish the project and didn't look too hard at it. Next one won't be a HB, so it won't have this problem
