twinpin
Airfix A4B Skyhawk 1/72nd scale A good kit with great detail and decals. The plastic is soft so some small parts are fragile and easily broken, such as, the leading edge slats and actuators, refuelling probe, arrestor hook and undercarriage struts.

Pat C
Very nice Skyhawk TP! I have a small piece of constructive criticism - it looks like you made the mistake of following the Airfix instructions on the white movable surfaces. In fact the white should extend outwards a bit and forward to cover the full moving area of the ailerons and elevators. If you google a few pics you should see what I mean. Easily fixed if you wanted to. I agree with you on the annoyingly soft plastic! Pat

abat
Very nice, a classic Skyhawk. Agree on the soft plastic but it goes together nicely.

ArmouredSprue
Very nice model. I'm building the same kit at the moment but will do the Argentine version. Cheers
twinpin
Thanks everyone for nice comments. Pat C thank you for comment on the paintwork, good to know. Not sure if I will correct this one but would correct if I make any more of these kits. I am really tempted to make use of the Xtradecal sheets X72151 and/or X72180. Meatbox8
That looks great. It's a type outside my normal build remit (a self-imposed measure, usually unsuccessful, to limit the height if the stash) but I'm sorely tempted by this.
