this is a kit I made last year? a while ago anyway

It's the Eduard "Ultimate Sabre" offering which included their PE & resin and Cartograph decals.

Various vallejo acrylic metal colors were used for the NMF...

Nice job!

Did you mask and spray the yellow bands? If they're the decals from the kit then they have settled perfectly into the panel lines which is pretty awesome 👍🏿

Something I'm debating when it comes to mine...

I painted the yellow (and black) bands however all of the other markings are decals

Excellent Sabre and version of Glenns plane. 👍

Im a bit confused about the Aim-9's as they weren't carried operationally by the Sabre's until the later 1950's. And possibly Weren't in existence other than prototypes in 1952-53.

Yes, I found that out AFTER I fitted them as per Eduard's instructions, my own fault as I didn't do enough research

Great result! I bet the decalling took some time....

I did them over a couple of sessions, some of them are soon tiny it was hardly worth it. There's one that bugs me very time I look at it as its misaligned, EVERY TIME I look at the model its the first thing I see!
