1\48 AFV F-5F Sundowners

Hi.....this is my new journey......a beautiful kit plus resin cockpit by aires and two bob's decal....even if I'll try to paint the sundowner on the tail.....ciao from Italy.;)

Ciao Enrico,

This kit's got all the ingredients for a great build.

Does the Aires cockpit include the ejectable seats or are they from another set? They look of a sligtly different colour.

 I'll follow you closely along this journey!!!

Ciao Massimo!!;)......the aires set includes the ejection seats but I've bought the quickboost's  seats because they've the moulded belts that I prefer....anyway both ejection seats aires and quickboost are moulded in different grey color....Ciao!

Talking about the cockpit colour, is it "Dark Gull Grey" or am I wrong? I always make mistakes with these "modern" jets... :undecided:

.....fuselage closed.....istrument panel done....added something in the wheel bay.....opened holes for the lights........added same drains...    see you the next step.....;)

.....improved taileron joint.....closed rear fuselage.....make anti fod air intake......by a plotter created masking for sundowner emblem and codes and painted on......
