TonyTiger66
The Ryan has really progressed quickly CC, the extra detailing enhances it. Steely Dan’s sunglasses look very cool ! You inspired me to look for a Ryan in 1/72, for Netherlands East Indies. I went to High Planes site, but there were none left . I sent them an email; they found some more (and a Sea Vixen ). So, I have this thanks to your inspiration: It’s tiny! No floats included . Your son looks very dapper in the photograph, like a movie star Best regards TonyT

Rudder pedals seem disproportionate but they really are that way on the real thing, i saw a photo, it's amazing ! Und Foilà !! I stuffed some mailchort Under the floor, this Aircraft is so tiny, that I can't use my usual ballast ! Have a nice modelling time, will get back tomorrow, 2 RFI to finish !! corsaircorp
Hello Dears, Some news from the first Ardennes's hills I try to keep my pace and finish it before January. Some little things to get through Aaaaaand painting, not my best for sure. My old Badger need a replacement There is no Karman on this one but it's almost good ! and there too The cooling opening are now visible and open ! It is a very VERY basic kit but I'm glad with the improvements ! Lucky enough that I've 2 kits since the decal sheet give me only 2 orange triangles ! Instead of the 6 needed in the NMF version and 4 on the camouflaged one Ok Gents, see you later and thank for popping on my floatplane ! Take care and have a nice modelling time. corsaircorp
Hello Dears, Today I will try to make some modelling with just one hand. I get an accident yesterday at my night shift on the road. I got a schrapnel out from my Hammer that enter into my left hand. That vicious little piece of metal has severed some nerves !! It hurt a lot, sleeping has been very difficult and I will receive a surgery monday, they will try to repair the wiring !! Look, I was speaking about general anaesthetic some days ago on @The Spadgent thread And bingo, will receive one ! Not a nice shot at all ! Sincerely. Take care of yourself... More than I did yesterday ! Corsaircorp

TonyTiger66
I just caught up with the thread CC . The Ryan is looking very good. Thanks for placing it next to the Thunderbolt; it looks like I will need tweezers a lot to make it in 1/72 ! Sorry to hear about your hand; that sounds very uncomfortable. Maybe you’ll get a chance to try Belgian Hospital food? Could be good ? I hope the operation goes well. Best regards TonyT

TheBaron
Ach! I hope the hand's not too painful Cc - that looks a nasty place to get a wound. Best wishes to you for a full recovery sir! Great picture of your daughter as well - I can't let my youngest son see that mask of hers or he'll want one too - he occasionally cycles up to the village shop in his Chinese pilot's helmet: Take care!
