cross linking my threads

I'd like to be able to put a link in one of my threads that leads to another one that I've done.

So, someone asking about foil covering, I could insert a link that takes them to a thread where I showed in detail how I do it.

I've seen others do it, and links from wips to RFI threads, but I've no idea, and I can't see anything in FAQ.

Copy the page address then use the link symbol in the menu (looks like a chain) paste into there. Or just paste straight in.

Thanks for trying, Greg, but that means nothing to me.

Imagine you're explaining to a three year old- you know, what's a page address, how to find it, and what to click to copy it etc........

Plenty of stuff out there with google. Same process as this Link

Sorted!!

Touchscreen..... press and hold on the title of the "destination" topic till you get a menu.

Select " copy URL"

Get back to where you want to put the link.

Touch And hold on cursor till it says" paste".

Tap on paste and in it goes.

Simpols.... 

 

No stopping me now. I'm gonna link the hell outta this bad boy, now!
