It's unlikely he is ever going to move – his roots go deeper than an oak. His brother Martin (my mate) did most of the construction work and if it comes to it, it can all be dismantled. Although it would probably take a week or two. The simulator used to be John's hobby, but after he lost his job it became his new job – even some prospective 747 pilots train on it. I suggested a few years ago that he should diversify and have an F-16 simulator in his shed, but he has no interest in anything other than airliners.
