corsaircorp Posted August 27, 2017 Share Posted August 27, 2017 Hello Dears, I have a problem with my old faithfull Badger 150. The air coming from the compressor seem restrained somewhere. I dismantle the venturies, cleaned it all Bearing ok thoroughly cleansed. But still no power when turned on. May be the valve for air ??? If anyone has an idea ?? Thank for watching. Sincerely. I should try a new trigger as sometimes the inside of the trigger wears out together with the pin from the valve.. little-cars Posted August 28, 2017 Share Posted August 28, 2017 It can also be something more simple, like the air hole at the front of the brush getting clogged up with paint.  Take the air valve off the  brush, activate it to check that air is getting through and the air vale is working.  Then check that the air hole where the air valve screws in is not clogged.
