Hello Dears,

I have a problem with my old faithfull Badger 150.

The air coming from the compressor seem restrained somewhere.

I dismantle the venturies, cleaned it all

Bearing ok thoroughly cleansed.

But still no power when turned on.

May be the valve for air ???

If anyone has an idea ??

Thank for watching.

Sincerely.

This area of the forum (site help and support) quite clearly states in big red letters at the top of the page that it is not for modelling related issues. Please take the 30 seconds worth of consideration to determine where a post would be best suited to go in order to stop wasting moderator time.   I will now move the post.......

It can be the valve or the trigger, you can remove the valve yourself..

I should try a new trigger as sometimes the inside of the trigger wears out together with the pin from the valve..

I had that once and is easy to fix!

It can also be something more simple, like the air hole at the front of the brush getting clogged up with paint.

Take the air valve off the  brush, activate it to check that air is getting through and the air vale is working.

Then check that the air hole where the air valve screws in is not clogged. Then check that the air hole at the front of the brush is not clogged with paint.
