Brilliant manouvering by the driver to get out of the station car park, down the narrow station approach road & then to negotiate the T junction at the end! Tankerman
The locomotive is No: 34007 "Wadebridge" but at the time of the photograph carried the Smokebox Number Plate for No: 34019 "Bideford". Chris
Bordfunker
Out shopping in Banbury saw a Vauxhall Calibra, haven’t seen one of those for years, and a split screen crew cab VW bus. Karl Edited March 10, 2018 by Bordfunker

Bordfunker
Today appeared to be Landie day in Banbury, with no less than 4 series 1 & 2 Landies out and about, but bizarrely enough, they were all the same blue? Also spotted was a very tidy 1987 Fiat Uno outside of Wickes. I can’t remember the last time I saw an Uno. Karl
bentwaters81tfw
2 Mk 2 VW Sciroccos and a Mk 1 Escort in rally spec on the back of a truck. But for a real haul, I was at DX last wednesday, and saw this lot! https://online.handh.co.uk/m/view-auctions/catalog/id/84//

Pete in Lincs
I'd go for the orange Escort Mexico. Which I note went for more than a '59 TR3! And what on earth did someone do to that poor SD!? This week I are mostly been seeing... On Tuesday in Nottingham, a Minivan in medium sea grey. Yesterday down near Peterborough, a Mk1 Capri in a very bright yellow. Today, Northbound on the A1 a Citroen Light 15 (Traction avant) in black.
bentwaters81tfw
The MB Jeep went for more than it was worth. It was rough round the edges. I would expect mint and fully fitted for less than that. The Lotus Cortina only made on being early. The later ones with the Ford rear suspension were better. DB6 is still out of my bracket.

Shame about the sunroof though, always better not to have a hole in the roof! Scary to think that it went for nearly 50 times what I sold my last one for!! 33 minutes ago, Pete in Lincs said: And what on earth did someone do to that poor SD!? Exactly what I thought - dreadful! Thud4444
If I was going to pick something it would be the Land Rover 88 or the Mike. I love utility vehicles. If I had to pick a car probably the Volvo. The other day I ran across a bright orange 53 Desoto Firedome. Not something you see every day.
Admiral Puff
I wouldn't mind that 2CV - but it would be more than a bit exy by the time I got it out here!
Vince1159
I'd go for the SD1 but the bodykit reminds me of the Manta especially the sill so it'd have to go back to Rovers original....
Pete in Lincs
Today, (South Lincoln) I caught a glimpse of a Riley 1.5 or Wolseley 1500 in a cream and brown scheme complete with windscreen sunshield (remember them?). Judging by the age of the driver it could well have been a one owner from new car. 1

Max Headroom
Earlier this week I saw a 2.8 Ford Capri in black. I think an updated version would sell well today. Trevor

malpaso
A brass radiator Model T near Southampton on Saturday. That's pre-1917 year so over 100 years old. Seemed to be running quite nicely.

Bordfunker
A trip out to Reading this afternoon to drop eldest son off at the station for his trip back to university in Falmouth, so trip down the M40 followed by a trundle through the south Oxfordshire countryside, during which I spotted: Alvis TE1 convertible, immaculate in deep red. XK120 Coupe, again in deep red, and equally immaculate. Fiat 600 on the M40 resplendent in mint green. Karl
