Turbofan
Well it's almost a 757! Cheers, Ian
stringbag
If it's as good as their previous releases, and I'm sure it will be, then I'm happy
kotey
A little addeninum - model will sell only at Rusian Post offices, so i'm not shure about sell outboard of Russia.

halcyonjet
Perhaps there's a clue with the blue plastic -the Russian Post operates the type in an all over blue scheme (including the wings!). Dave
Radleigh
I saw a comment on Facebook stating decals for this one below & it'll be a massive shame if it's not available outside of Russia
kotey
In decal will be both Russian Post Tu-204Cs, and yes, all this models will sell only wia Russian Post offices. But i think not a big problem - this model will resell via Ebay.
GreenDragon
I can't remember for certain but I think I've only seen 4 Tu204's, the RB211 powered one at Farnbourgh '92, two TNT's (Cairo Aviation) at EDI and I think I also got a passenger Cairo Aviation one out of EDI too. Wonder if it will get a rebox in other colours later? Would like a Cubana Cargo. Paul Harrison
buzz
I read on a French site that Zvezda have advised that a regular passenger version (in grey plastic) will be available in 2018. 1

Artmaul
Wish we could buy this blue gem straight from zvezda site, this kit would be a great hit on sales outside Russia. I've been wanting to have this one for such a long time, let's hope this kits became available to us somehow. Art

Radleigh
Better off scratch building one than turning this into a 757!

chrisov
Oh dear what a price. Couple currently on ebay from the Russian Federation 'cheapest' for approx £68 inc P&P to the UK. Ouch! Hopefully some might get imported at a more sensible price.
Pin
That's because it is currently not sold outside "Russian Post" offices and therefore is not available for major distributors. Once current batch with blue plastic and "Russian Post" decals is sold out I would expect a reissue, possibly with different decals, and rather sooner than later. chrisov
Thanks Pin understand that. Would be interesting to see what the retail price is in the post office though. If I remember correctly they were priced on ebay around £40 - 45 and £20 - 25 for p&p. What ever way outside my idea of pricing so will wait and see the what the reissue brings. kotey
In Russian Post offices this model cost about 900 rubles - 12-13 GBP. If you are not fun of blue painted Tu-204C - in future Zvezda will release passanger and cargo versions with other decals. 1
