Mitsubish F.2

This is the hasegawa Mitsubisi F.2 in 1/72 scale. A few firsts used here, first time using Mr Hobbie Piant, First time using Plats decal and the first time using Humbrol's newish water based gloss varnish.  can totally recomend the first two but I could'nt get on with the varnish some of the decals silvered.

Also a Hasegawa F 16 to give you some scale.

This is actually an F-2A.

T-2 is a twin seater from the previous generation, looking like a Jaguar E/T.2.

Excellent build.

Cool that you show it next to the F-16 for comparison.

The F-2 is basically an indigenous built half child of the F-16. They pretty much liked the F-16c but then added the idea of the increased size of the F-18 superhornet and built an F-16C that is something like 12-20% larger than its cousin. Not exactly sure about the proportions but i think its closer to the 12% #. I am a fan of both the F-2 and that scheme so i say great build 👍.

Really nice job on that Glenn, I've one in stock & its great to see how well they come together. Afaik, the F-2 is a bay longer in the fuselage & bigger composite wings. How that equates to % bigger, I'll go with CFFU.
