Badder
I know Formula One is trying to go more 'Green', but pedal power? I suppose two pushbikes are better than one, though I can't see where the drive belts go. I assume they power the rear wheels and the two wings on the roof rack keep the nose down in those hellish sidewinds? Nice one! AngstROM
Very sweet -the bikes look amazing, even down to the rear mechs and bar ends. So much so, they kinda eclipse the ol' ute!
Pete in Lincs
Lovely crew cab. Nice detailing & colour choice too. I saw a splitscreen the other day that was as low as yours. I imagine the ride wasn't that comfortable. Looked good though,
G20ERD
Absolutely fantastic build, love the roof rack and the bikes at the back finishes it off nicely. Keep uo up the good work
PatW
Thanks guys, yes our youngest soon had a Cal-Look Beetle, we built. Had the new floor/heater channels welded in and suspension lowered by a Porsche specialist. He was stopped when coming home about 2am one morning by a car with a blue light on top! Police person alighted from the car with large torch and although my son wasn't speeding, the police person got down on his/her knees wanting to know how the 1600 Beetle went round the previous roundabout without braking and faster than his/her car, checking out the suspension! A guy we spoke to at the Volksworld show a few years ago had one of these DoKa's with complete Porsche 911 running gear and motor!
