Revell 1:72 seaking (RAF boulmer SAR)

Hi all, I made this model almost 3 years ago as a tribute to the wonderful seakings at Boulmer. What wonderful helicopters and crews these were. Regards

Believe it or not it was cut this morning, just not intending a 1:72 helicopter to use it.

Very nice indeed.  Is it the new tool kit?  Where I am we used to get 771 NAS Sea Kings up from Culdrose.  Also greatly missed.  Still, I'm sure the Coast Guard crews (Bristow?) are at the top of their game.

It's the revell 1:72 speaking mk41. It needs some work to make it into the RAF sar birds but I think the kit is just lovely, especially when you've built the old airfix seaking. 😨  I'm very excited to build the new airfix seaking, which ive already got in my stash

That's a great looking Seaking and a fine tribute to the brave SAR crews.

I live just a few miles from RAF Boulmer and I must admit that I do miss the old yellow Seakings coming and going.
