Ade H
I have a Fujimi 126C2 in progress and it's not the most refined of kits. The windscreen, especially, is terribly thick and looks inaccurately shaped. I think that it must be possible to cut a replacement from some kind clear plastic sheet. But what sort of material should I be searching for? The only You Tube tutorial that I found wasn't specific about that crucial bit of info. Thanks, folks. Vicarage Vee
It isn't impossible to make it out of clear styrene sheet. Put masking tape over the kit part. Trim the excess and you have a template. You need to curve/attach carefully so it doesn't 'bruise'. The best way would be to crash-mould, plug mould or vac form one, probably from PETG. Since it is the correct shape you then have more options for the adhesive.
Ade H
I didn't know that styrene sheet can also be clear. Thanks.
