One for the Viet Nam serie, nice tiny FAC O-1E

Recommended Posts

Hello Dears,

Sorry @The Spadgent I had another one (liar you CC, there is plenty of satrted kits) started month ago that I get a kick !

As my F-4 is nearing the end, she badly need a FAC to accurately drop her ordnance, did'nt she ?

So go on

WP_20170727_22_56_36_Pro

Here's the box, with the price in belgian franc... Bought long ago, just hope that the decals are good.

It's a short run kit but everything seem right !

But flashes and flashes and sink too, will be a sanding affair once again

I added this

WP_20170727_22_57_00_Pro

The true détails interior look more convincing.

May be turning her on a baby gunship with the M-60 fitted instead of the rear seat, they were few since it has been forbidden

But war is war, and being shooted at and cannot reply is a very distastefull situation.

I know what I mean.

So let's see how this one will go on !

Thank for watching Gentlemen

Sincerely

Ooh lovely. How many kits have you got on the go now? :penguin:

johnny.

Hum sorry about that,

around a good 30....

The way I say there is no such a shelf of doom

It is just like in the military community, Rush in and.... wait !

But whatever, since I came in  BM, I finished a lot

The Mk VII, the Mk VIII, the Seafire II, The Typhoon, the F3F-2 and the 2 Corsairs

About to be finished are the P-47N, the MiG-3, a Mk IX and a Fw 190F-8

The next are down the pipe at various state of building...

Not too bad for a procrastinator !

Thank for the kind words

Sincerely.

Hello Jari,

Thanks for the pics, It's great, the one I wanna do is on here.

Will look in my paraphernalia for a M-60 !

Decision made, the one from the CIA with the LAU Under the wings is tempting too

And the markings are... Well, no markings !

CIA ?? What is CIA, nobodys working at the CIA, just some secretaries, classing documents...

Thanks again !

Sincerely.

Flashes, you say flashes ????

WP_20170808_22_02_27_Pro

I really like the propeller, yes dears ! that thing is a propeller :rofl2:

WP_20170808_22_02_11_Pro

Another funny thing, I liiiike the translation, look

WP_20170808_22_06_06_Pro

Interior green became apple green in french !

If I get an interior green colored apple, will surely not taste it ! Even with my african "I can eat lot of thing that cannot imagine" past :P

Cleaned up the resin floor, very nicely done by TD !

WP_20170808_23_20_38_Pro

And started to erase the interior détails.

I've worked on some other thing, my next RFI, the Roc and some others...

WP_20170808_22_02_59_Pro

Yes, there is also a SHAR !

Have a very nice modelling day, Gents and Ladies !

That kit is quite flashy CC :o!

The resin floor looks nicely cast. Parts 6 and 7 look like they need very delicate use of a nano saw to remove them....

Nice looking MiG :thumbsup2:

Looking forward to the next instalment

Hello Dears,

Seemingly, thez surgery has been succesfull.

Mrs CC will be out today afternoon ! Hope that the pain she used to live with is gone.

The surgeon was too buzy to explain what he has done yesterday !

Another night of worrying for me.

See you later, Gents, Another warm thank for your support !

Sincerely.

Thank Homer,

May be they did ! Or the propeller has a rock solid cold, lots of snotties is'nt it ?

Pop corn ? I mistaked it for a marsh mallow !

I will warn you now you will want to scratch build the tailwheel strut, the kit plastic is so soft that, after you have removed the flash, the strut is very, very weak.

Thank you Silverkite, nice callsign !

So I will just deflash the wheel and start creating another strut !

A metal one perhaps.

thank for the tip.

Hello Dears,

As I say this morning, the surgery has been successfull, but the surgeon say that such a problem is not so painfull !!

That was why he did take some reserve yesterday.. He was'nt sure a 100%

I know my mem sahib, we are from the same mould .... Solingen one :wicked:

So when she say "It hurt" I use to believe her, as she said so that mean that a lot of other peoples are already crying !

That's a good and a bad, the bad side is when we get to the doc, it's a bit late

So she has fabricated scar tissues that has stuck her guts together, so each and every movements created huge tension !

Not only @Martian Halehas blurgelcruncheon !

The doc has shooted with a laser and so he did freed the guts !

Mrs CC is back home but must stay still for a while ! Not even in your dream !

She already restart tidy up the house, whatever I did !

Just hope now that she is freed for a while, the doc said that this can start again with any internal scars, including the ones of yesterday !

In fact, she just heal a scar too fast and too strongly, but luckilly not malignently !

Will warmly thank you for the kind words, it has been greatly appreciated

I will not make any modelling today, too tired from the stress plus my work on the road, under that :raincloud: tuzefvzeygfq !! rain !

More to come soon, and quoting my previous nickname "I'll be back !"

Sincerely.
