I can imagine this for the cockpit but the turrets? Also, I recall walking through the RAF Museum exhibit that was aluminium within the hull. Can anyone confirm this? If you look at the attached photograph link, you can see what is Silver/Aluminum paint in the interior, and what was RAF green for the interior areas, and cockpit area (pilots platform for Mk III) black. Hi Graham, For the Turrets (all, bow, upper, rear) the interior colour is British Grey Green (in any of its multiple facets ) Interior green was probably not the best use of the term.......
