Patrick Martin
Anybody want to comment on the use of Isopropyl Alcohol rubbed over dry filler as a means of removing excess? Are there fillers that is does not work well with? Does it take off too much, too little? Best fillers to use with it...... Pat Martin
Steve Noble
I find a sanding stick works better. The IPA tends to just rub most fillers off, or not touch them at all..
Wm Blecky
I've read where people have used it with Squadron green putty. I am not a fan at all of that product and much rather prefer Tamiya's grey putty or Bondo. I recently came across a white putty from Tamiya and have ordered it. Hopefully it will be as good or better than their grey putty.
Kallisti
I've used Mr Color thinner which contains Butanol to soften Squadron white putty, but never used IPA.
