Twentecable
Hi guys, Not really proud of this one alot of mistakes errors due to me and the kit faults. Frustration started when I had detai painted the cockpit and the weat obsures almost 3/4 of it. The fusalage halves have been in different thickness. Decals are thick. A big wash is nice but Vallojo really loses grip fast and the points where gloss varnish hasnt sealed enough lost paint. Positive is that it seems to work well to make my own canopy mask. No show winner but I guess nice enough for my shelf. Enjoy.
Bandsaw Steve
Well I like it - I think it might be posted in the wrong spot though! 😀
Troy Smith
has come out well, as it's a kit that requires some skill, though the markings are Indian, not Egyptian! The kit was originally made by Czechslovak firm OEZ, and has been reboxed by various other companies, along with Revell there was an Eduard profipack and it's currently boxed by SMER.
Twentecable
Troy, you are partly right. It is the Egyptian liverage but I used the shark mouth of the Indian airforce. Call it artistic freedom, it was more to spice it all up. Maybe one of the mods can move this post into the airplane section? Gr tc
Bitzer
Despite your frustration I think it turned out well.

feifeitim
I wish my failures turned out half as good as this! I think you've got a great Fitter there - very nice indeed. Good work!

Gr tc Egyptian roundels are red/white/black https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Egyptian_Air_Force#Roundels Indian are orange/white/green, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indian_Air_Force though the Revell decals are noted for having a too red orange... exdraken
It is a very nice Fitter model! Great camo! As for the respective airforce... not that important, no? Wonder where the tail flag comes from though! Looks like an Egyptian flag with the early Eagle design in Indian colors! Vultures1
Looks good! And there is nothing wrong with a little artistic license - it's your model after all

Troy, I guess that Revell made a mistake with the colour sheme and the decals. I havent researched it a bit so lets say its a fantasy product. Thanks for your input though.
