cngaero
Two very aggressive looking aeroplanes indeed. You've made a great job of using the kits paints. Great stuff.

CedB
Great job Steve. The transfers have settled really well and the panel lines look great to me. Nice pair of sharks!
Vinnie
Nicely painted Steve. Are you still using the basic airbrush kit?
Head in the clouds.
Well done on using what many people feel are unusable paints, nicely done.

Also still using the pointy 0.3mm needle in with the 0.5mm nozzle. Getting better at thinning the paints, putting in just less than I think. Then, if it doesn't flow, adding a touch (couple of drops) more water. Easier to mix than adding paint to a too thin solution. Here's some pictures of them in the daylight Cheers Steve
jean
Hi Steve, does your dog bite? Great 112 Squadron family portrait by the way! You are to be commanded to have used the supplied paints. You really are a brave man, but the result is actually rather tasty-looking. Congrats. Just one thing (it bugs me every time I see it, and I hate Airfix for it, no matter how justified the reason for it): the spinner on the P-40 should be red, not black!!! If you can change it, do it! It really looks so much nicer. No idea about the P-51's spinner... Great show! JR

I had seen pics of P-40 spinners in red, but thought it was a particular squad or area. I'm afraid it's now black it is until I do another one... Next time!
