There was a great range of skill and concept on show so very well done to everyone who entered. Now to announce winners! I see what you mean about the coffin as well and as for the comp there are a lot of much better builder than me entering and at least one i know of thats a pro. Great job! Thank you. The eye was a pain to get right but im glad i did, giving some serous consideration to making another but in the standard red white and black colours. Will Vale Posted July 19, 2017 Share Posted July 19, 2017 Came back to have another look at this and realised I never commented on the finished model! I think the weathering looks great, lots of texture and little bits of colour peeking out like the pink at the bottom corner of the shield. The nameplate is really classy too, is that printed paper on clear acrylic? With the finishing it looks like some kind of sci-fi artifact. Will Thanks a lot Will, I use a lot of your work as references so thanks. The nameplate is just printed paper, glued on with PVA and glossed over, I was going to keep the nameplate gloss but ended up getting some paint on it some it finished up weathered as well.
