If it helps, the radar was the ASV 13 employing a Type 85 scanner, having a 3 ft (92cm) mirror.  It was an improved version of the ASV 11 fitted to late-war Swordfish and Barracudas.    Source: Barry Jones: Avro Shackleton (Crowood).

VP293 was part of the Strathallan collection but was broken up in the late 'seventies IIRC.  Only the nose survives and is, again IIRC, with the Shackleton Preservation Trust at Coventry Airport alongside WR963.

Much later than that.  It was flown there in '76 and was still a whole exhibit when we were looking for parts when restoring WL795 in '88-'89, possibly it was scrapped the year after.
